The on-call doctor can always be reached for after hours, weekend or holiday emergencies by calling 312-944-0688 and asking for the doctor on-call to be paged.

All patients, including active patients, are asked to bring their photo ID and insurance
card to every visit.

No Show & Same Day Cancellations Policy

If you must cancel an appointment, please call before noon, one business day prior to your appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation / no show fee. If your appointment is on a Monday, please call by noon the Friday before your appointment.

Telephone Fee

Please be advised Internal Medicine Associates may charge for phone calls or MyChart
conversations with your physician when medical advice and/or prescriptions are given.

Weekend and After Hours Coverage

A physician is available after hours and every weekend for emergencies. If you require a non-urgent prescription refill or have an appointment or account inquiry, please call the office during regular business hours of Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm

Lab Visit Procedure

A physician may request you return to the office for a “Lab Visit” only, which means you’ve been instructed to return for a lab test(s) and/or a vaccine, but your visit does not require you to see your physician. In those cases, please ask to be scheduled for a “Lab Visit” when calling to make your appointment.
